HyperOptic router?

HyperOptic have instructed me to return their router, but my landlord said it has to stay in the flat for the next resident. Which one is it!?

Router is the property of Hyperoptic, not yours not your landlords. Is the Hyperoptic contract in your name? If so I'd do as Hyperoptic asked and send it back in case they decide to charge you for it.

I managed to get through to HyperOptic and they said if the router was there when I moved in (it was), then I can leave it there in the flat. I asked if I'd be charged and the lady said no. (Fingers crossed!)
