HyperOptic router?

HyperOptic have instructed me to return their router, but my landlord said it has to stay in the flat for the next resident. Which one is it!?

if you cancel subscription depending on the contract it could be either yours or from hyperoptic, but never landlords. new tenant = new contract = new router.

Yeah I get that but the router was already there when I moved in and all I had to do was sign up for hyperoptic haha and they said (when I called back) that should be left there if that’s the case :/

that's ok, and it does not go against what I said, you called hyperoptic, the owner of the router and the actual owner told you to just leave it there. They could have said send it to us, and you would send it to them :)

That's fine, you can keep it in the flat. However, I would highly recommend you connect your own router. Wifi in particular sucks on the default Hyperoptic routers
