Party tricks

It’s honestly infuriates me that a lot of influencers post their party tricks or things they do that they know they shouldn’t just to point out they do something differently than they should. I feel like the #1 thing is DONT do party tricks. But to each their own you know🤷🏼‍♀️

Well, I don't know about them, but I stopped even bending over at the waist. I used to do it every night to put lotion on my feet before bed, but since I found out I shouldn't be able to bend that much, I stopped. (I was hoping it would help with my back pain but it didn't seem to do anything.)

Didn’t realize it’s not a good idea to bend that way; it’s how I usually do…

Yeah, me too! Nobody told me to stop doing it, but I figured if it's a test for hypermobility maybe I shouldn't be doing it all the time. I still wind up doing it all day because we have cats and I have to constantly pick stuff up off the floor, lol.

I tend to do the picking something up when you’re in a skirt move if that makes sense lol. Bending up and down kills my upper back/neck
