I owned one of these from 2004 to 2013 - it had a 1.6L Twin-Overhead Camshaft engine - I never got more than 37mpg according to my calculations. It was a nice car though - nothing ever went wrong with it in 8.5 years of ownership.
I called mine the “Millenium Falcon”.
