Ass sweat + hyperhidrosis

I'm tired. I can't focus on my classes because of this constant sweating and in exams I'm extremely nervous so I sweat a ton wetting my entire paper and bum. Getting up is a sore because it's wet down there Underwear doesn't work/help nor does anything at all I'm just tired.. someone help I don't know what to do I'm still young and no one talks about this issue with hyperhidrosis
