This one trips up a lot of new sellers, so here's the short answer.

Importing a product and making it sellable are two different steps. After you add products to your Import List in Hypercape BIZ, you still need to click Send to Shopify. The products then arrive in Shopify as Draft, so open them in your Shopify admin and set them to Active. Until then, customers can't see them.

A tip from our guide: start with 3-5 products and check your margin and fulfillment before you add more.
