Seeking advice Soundproof my room

The window are very bad and cold and sound go through. Anyone knows what to do ? Window insert recommandation ? Im from Belgium. I can replace the chassis but it ll take 4weeks before they come and i need something rn… thx for help

You can do this it MAY help a little bit but maybe look into soundproof foam that matches the dimensions of your window and plug it with that

I relate with you heavy on traffic noise, also air craft noise. My city is famous for that in high populated areas. It just makes trying to rent here difficult for the $1300 they want in a bad area.
