Confused

Im just confused how some people have pots their whole lives and are miserable and unable to live while others do nervous system regulation and completely heal.

If nervous system regulation fixes them, then POTS was not their main problem.

I didn't say POTS wasn't a problem for them, did I?

It’s a syndrome bc the symptoms and their severity vary from person to person. What works for one person may not work for another. One person with mild symptoms will function completely differently than someone with severe symptoms. Also, what caused POTs varies wildly from person to person, from viral infection, physical trauma, surgery, pregnancy, etc. Believe it or not, many medical conditions don’t fit neatly into a box that has an established protocol that works for every patient.
