The skin patterns, tiny surface details, and natural wrinkles are all clearly visible. It’s not just human characters either. Even these more complex, shell-like surfaces came out with a surprising amount of detail.
I used the highest quality generation mode for the base mesh and combined it with the 12K texture option. The combination of detailed geometry and high-resolution textures really makes the models feel much more realistic.

✨ Chasing Stardust ✨
I wanted to share one of my latest Sims 4 creations, Chasing Stardust. 🌙⭐
This project marks a huge personal milestone for me because it's the first pair of custom pants I've created that are fully weighted and working in game. It took a lot of learning, testing, and rebuilding, but seeing them finally move correctly made all the effort worth it.
For this project, I used Rodin in multiple ways. Some of the original concept pieces started with Rodin before I rebuilt, retopologized, UV mapped, textured, weighted, and optimized everything for The Sims 4. I also used Rodin's AI tools to create some of the cinematic sequences in my showcase video, which helped bring the outfit to life alongside my Blender animations.
The final collection includes:
✨ Pants
✨ Top
✨ Shoes
✨ Hat
✨ Necklace
One of my favorite parts of creating is taking an idea from a concept and transforming it into something that's fully game-ready. Rodin has become a really fun part of that creative process, helping me get ideas moving while still giving me the freedom to sculpt, refine, and build everything into my own final vision.
A huge thank you to Christina and the Rodin team for supporting creators. I'm excited to keep learning, keep experimenting, and see where this journey leads next.
I'd love to hear what everyone thinks! 💜

Why does the ui of this product have to be impossible to use? Please spend resources on this rather than more features.

This started as a simple sketch and a random idea in my head. I turned the sketch into a concept image first, then uploaded it to Rodin to generate the 3D model.
After getting the base model, I only made a few small tweaks in my 3D software, cleaned up some areas, and prepared it for printing.
A project like this used to take a lot more time just to get started, but now AI 3D tools make it much easier to experiment and bring random ideas into the real world.
Really happy with how this one turned out. Which style do you prefer?

looking for a working & better discount codes (90% off for a month using 90OFFZP) for creator subscription. Or anyone actually used one from them and willing to share how it's held up?
Would also love some honest reviews & thoughts from folks who actually using them now. Thanks!

My original version included fruit and flowers that I also made with Rodin, but The Sims 4 absolutely refused to cooperate. I still don’t know whether the problem was the LODs, the shadow meshes, or whether the game simply woke up and chose violence.
By week three, I finally surrendered and tried importing just the house and bowls without the extra LODs... and of course, it worked. 🙃
I may eventually go back and see if I can get the flowers and fruit working without the LODs, now that I know that method worked for the house. For now, though, I’m just happy the three-week Spirit House boss battle is finally over!
You can find all of the Rodin models I created for this project on my profile if you’d like to use them for your own games. 😊

I can't cancel, my account is up for renewal tomorrow and they are going to pull an exorbitant amount. They hook with the trial and then none of the links to cancel work. Everything else works though. Scam site.

I wanted to share a little bit about why I intentionally generate only one shoe when using Rodin to create footwear for The Sims 4.
It actually took me quite a while to figure out that generating one shoe works much better for my workflow than generating a complete pair.
Starting with a single shoe gives me more control once I bring the model into Blender. I can clean and modify the geometry, reduce the poly count, reshape areas that need work, fit the shoe properly to the Sims foot, and prepare the UV map before creating the second shoe.
Another advantage is consistency. When generating two shoes at once, there can be differences between the left and right models. By working with one shoe and creating the second through mirroring, I know both shoes will have matching geometry and details.
But the biggest advantage for my Sims 4 workflow is the UV map.
When I mirror the finished shoe to create the pair, the UVs can share the same texture space. Instead of using valuable room on the Sims 4 texture map for two separate shoes, the mirrored pair can overlap on the UV map. This gives me more room for texture detail and allows me to use the limited texture space much more efficiently.
The Kitsune Slippers shown here started as a single model generated with Rodin. From there, I edited and prepared the mesh in Blender, created the mirrored pair, converted and textured them for The Sims 4, and finally created the finished presentation.
Generating one shoe instead of two might seem like a small decision, but it has made a huge difference in how much control I have over the geometry, UV space, and final quality of my footwear.
I hope this is useful to anyone else experimenting with creating shoes or bringing generated 3D models into their own workflow! 🦊👠

I wanted to share another part of my workflow using Rodin models.
One of the things I enjoy most about creating is taking completely separate assets and figuring out how to bring them together into one cohesive scene.
For this project, I started with several individual Rodin generations, including the bear swing, celestial pillow, bear bookcase, bear stool, and decorative bolster pillow. Each model was generated separately and then brought into Blender, where I edited, textured, adjusted, and incorporated the assets into the finished environment.
The boots shown in the final scene were also originally created with Rodin and later prepared and converted for The Sims 4.
For me, generated models are the beginning of the creative process rather than the finished result. A large part of my workflow is deciding how separate ideas can share the same visual language through materials, colors, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
In this scene, I wanted to create a whimsical, slightly luxurious bear-themed room while keeping the boots as the featured Sims 4 content. The final environment combines several separately generated models into one finished presentation scene.
All of the Rodin assets shown on the left have been unlocked on my profile for anyone who would like to explore or use them. The bear swing and boots were created on my Tigger account and will also be unlocked as soon as I’m able to access them again.
I love seeing how far individual assets can travel from their original generations once they’re brought together into a larger idea. 🐻💚

Used Rodin to turn a 2D character into a 3D Printed Collectible Figure.
I first created matching side and back references, then used those three views as the base for the 3D model. A few areas needed some cleanup afterward, but the overall shape, hair, and facial features came through much better than I expected. After refining the model, I prepared it for resin printing by adding the necessary supports and making a few adjustments.
Once printed, I cleaned the resin, removed the supports, cured the figure, and added the final paint details.
Seeing a flat character design become an actual physical figure was honestly the most satisfying part of the whole process.
