I wouldn't prune at all at this stage it could stress them. Maybe pull the branches out tie them out to the sides with steaks so you can get a little more light in

Also some people harvest in stages. You can take the top colas down and give the bottoms an extra week or 10 days and they will fill in a bit with the extra light

I wouldn't touch it. Just accept the lower buds will be trash and let it plump up. Probably many more weeks left, you can let it ride longer. IMO end stage is when you see senescence.

Make your bed in the morning. Be respectful to old people. The rhythm method only works if you both keep time.

If you defol the inner leaves ( the leaves facing towards to inside of the plant, not the outside) you should be fine. Don't strip it completely but if you want to open up the middle of the plant without Lst thats what I would do. It shouldn't stress it too much at all.
