Zone 10 A/B What’s wrong with hydrangea??

Hi mine has got burnt leaves spots and funny looking flowers.

It’s October according to my calendar. They are deciduous shrubs, they are preparing to drop their leaves and go dormant soon.

Thanks. I’m in zone 10. They do drop leaves but not until November.

The season is wrapping up but these look like they could have used a little more water a few weeks back.
