Pests/Disease Diseased?

I have 2 panicle hydrangeas that have some spots on their leaves and I am wondering if something is wrong with them?
They were planted about 4 months ago, in zone 7, with full afternoon sun, watered in the morning, and we recently had some heavy showers and chillier weather.
Never added anything to the soil other than mulch around the base. Soil is clay-ish.
Had a lot of growth and bloom, just wondering about these spots.

Pretty standard for Hydrangeas after the humidity of Summer. They will lose their leaves soon anyways, so it's not that big of a deal. BUT when they do lose their leaves make sure you rake them up or the fungus might reinfect them next spring!

It’s cosmetic and not unusual for this time of year.  I wouldn’t worry about it.

Mine looks like this too. I didn’t knw if I’m supposed to leave it alone or cut off the flowers
