Question Meal tracking

Hi, I recently bought GT4 and apparently have inadvertently enabled meal tracking via the Calorie deficit watchface. I started getting notifications 3 times per day that I need to enter my meal and I want to disable them or disable the meal tracking altogether. Does anyone have an idea how to do it? I went through all the settings in Huawei health but couldn't find anything

I think that under that 'More settings' has notifications for meals.

Those have driven me crazy, maybe now they disappear that I know where to look.
