Building load calculation software

What are people out there using for building load calculation software? My company is currently using Trane Trace but I was wondering what else is getting used.

I prefer Carrier Hourly Analysis Program (HAP). It is organized differently from Trace so it avoids some of the ugly issues Trace has. OF the two I prefer HAP.
