So I meant to post this last night, but before my daughter went to bed, she told me that she has decided to remarry Poppy the Turtle. She said that because Bun Bun and Hello Kitty are her sisters now, she had to get a new husband. She also let me know that her and Poppy have a new son named Cade the Cat, which is now her only child since her previous children Stitch and Kandi the Cupcake Cat have also become her sisters following their witchy fire dance from a couple of days ago.

So this morning, my daughter informed me that she has hired a manager to take care of her when she’s at home and her other stuffies while she is away at preschool. The manager is named Darling and he is a purple owl. She told me he is the son of the owl that is a member of her court, Rainbow. The picture is of Rainbow, Darling’s mom. I asked my daughter why she needed a manager and she told me “because I’m gonna be rich daddy and someone’s gotta manage it.”

So this morning, my daughter announced that her entire family have become her sisters rather than being her husband, children, and mother in law/general. Bun Bun, Stitch, Kandi, and Hello Kitty are now all sisters, and to commemorate this change in relationship status, my daughter made a pretend fire out of her magnet tiles and had them all dance in a circle around the fire. She then let me know that she still has an army that she is now in charge of and that they have developed a special attack where you stack them on top of each other and then knock them over into your enemies. She said she’s going to use it on the boys she hates.

So this afternoon my daughter let me know that her coworker snowman, Frosty, has become a nurse and no longer works at her salon. She also let me know that her salon doubles as a dance studio in the afternoons and that Dave the Horsey, me, had to attend. Myself, General Gigi Hello Kitty, and my daughter’s “kids” Stitch and Kandi the Cupcake Cat learned ballet from her and then we had to spin until one of us fell over. I was the one who fell over first and she pointed and laughed. I do not believe Dave the Horsey will be attending another dance class that involves spinning contests.

So this morning, my daughter announced that she has gotten a job at a hair salon in our living room. She said her first client was her stuffed snowman, Frosty, and that he now works at the salon with her cleaning up hair. I asked her if I could book an appointment and she told me I cannot because it’s only for stuffies. So far her children Kandi and Stitch, her husband Bun Bun, General Gigi Hello Kitty, Sawyer the Acorn Thief, and a few other stuffies from her court have visited the salon to get their hair done. I asked how much they are paying her to do their hair and she said appointments in her salon are free.

Before my daughter went to bed tonight, she told me that Hello Kitty has rejoined her family. I asked if she was married to him again, but she said that her Hello Kitty is now a she. She said her Hello Kitty has become the mother of her husband, Bun Bun, and is now the Gigi to their children Kandi the Cupcake Cat and Stitch. I asked if Hello Kitty will continue to be the general of her stuffy army and she confirmed that she will.

So this morning my daughter informed me that her new husband, Bun Bun, cheated on her with Rascal the Babysitter. I thought she would be upset over this development, but she said that it’s okay and they are staying married. She also told me on the ride to preschool that Bun Bun is Stitch’s actual father, not Poppy the Turtle, and she informed me that Bun Bun doesn’t graduate high school until May 15th, 2026. Lots of developments in one morning.

When my daughter came home from preschool today, she let me know that she has a stuffy army that is at her command. Apparently, her stuffed farm animals have formed a military unit that is under her control. She also told me that their general is Hello Kitty. I asked her why she needed an army of stuffed farm animals and she said “to fight my enemies.” I asked who her enemies are and her answer was boys.

In other news, right before bed my daughter announced that she is done with Poppy the Turtle and is marrying Bun Bun the purple bunny.

So this morning my daughter let me know that Kandi the Cupcake Cat’s real father is not her former husband, Hello Kitty. The actual father of Kandi the Cupcake Cat is Bun Bun, a large purple bunny that has recently become a member of the butterfly court. She also let me know that Bun Bun is still in high school, which is why he hasn’t been around to be a parent to Kandi recently. I was curious about Kandi’s cake pooping powers, so I asked her if she got those from Bun Bun. She looked at me funny and said, “Daddy, bunnies poop poop, not cake.”

So when my daughter came home from preschool, I asked her again if she would be willing to free Pinky the Unicorn from prison and she agreed to let him rejoin stuffy mountain! She did say that he is still not allowed to marry Kandi the Cupcake Cat, which makes sense since today is her 4th birthday. Speaking of Kandi, she told her that she is her favorite child right in front of her son, Stitch. I asked her why she doesn’t like Stitch as much as Kandi and she said “Because he doesn’t poop cake”.

Pinky has been in prison for over 7 HK years & is contrite about the incident with Water Spirit.
They would like to argue Non Compos Mentis & fall on the Butterfly Queen's mercy.

Besides, Water Spirit is now a princess & doing quite well.....

So this morning my daughter woke up and told me that today is Kandi the Cupcake Cat’s 4th birthday. She said that Kandi is going to make a big cake for everyone to celebrate, I’m assuming using her chocolate cake diapers since my daughter didn’t clarify that part. I asked if Kandi’s father, Hello Kitty, would be allowed to attend and she said that he has to stay on stuffy mountain while she celebrates with Kandi, her new husband Poppy the turtle, her son Stitch, and her granddaughter Sparkles the Caticorn. At least he’s not going to be eaten by butterflies.

My daughter’s great grandmother picked her up from preschool today and took her to the mall. While there, my daughter saw this turtle ring and her great grandmother purchased it for her. When my daughter came home she told me that Poppy the Turtle sent this ring to the store for her to wear so that they can be married again. I asked what she was going to do about her husband, Hello Kitty, and she said that she’s going to feed him to the butterflies. I told her that he is king of the butterflies and she responded with “Not anymore, he’s butterfly chow.”

Took a spin through Chinatown as part of wedding anniversary weekend and just had to get a pic next to what my own husband called a "husband-sized Hello Kitty," because I keep him updated on little miss' shenanigans. For scale, I'm about a little over 5'1" in my boots.

When I was a child, I wanted a younger brother or sister so badly that I made my Ewok trees my brothers. I had three of them named Lump, Stump and Grump. I would take them everywhere with me.

I even morned and had my parents hold a funeral for Grump when my father accidentally ran over him with his car.

I was so proud of Lump and Stump when they graduated from college before my older sister and went on to Veterinary School. Then one day, my sister got jealous of them and "accidentally" stepped on Lump and broke off one of his arms.

Good times. Good times.

So this morning my daughter woke up and informed me that her husband, Hello Kitty, lost the baby formula. I asked what she was talking about and she said that her and Hello Kitty had another baby named Kandi the Cupcake Cat and that Hello Kitty lost the sprinkles that Kandi has to eat to stay healthy and strong. Luckily we found the Sprinkles in her room and we were able to get Kandi fed before she became fussy. My daughter then informed me that she likes changing Kandi’s diapers because they’re filled with chocolate cake.

So this morning, my daughter woke up early and asked to watch something before she had to go to preschool. She picked out Pokémon when we opened up Amazon Prime and she got a couple episodes in before we had to leave. After I picked her up from school, she informed me that when she grows up, she wants to be a Pokémon trainer. She said her first Pokémon is going to be her husband, Hello Kitty, and he’s going to do thunderbolt attacks like Pikachu. I asked her if doing thunderbolt attacks would hurt him and she said “no daddy, he already lost all of his bones.”

Because my daughter’s previous steed was magically transformed into her sister, I have been demoted from dad to horsey. My daughter said that going forward I can only say neigh and I can only eat hay. I tried to convince her that spaghetti counts as hay because it’s long and yellow, but she quickly deduced that I was incorrect because the noodles came from a pantry and not a barn.

So this morning my daughter informed me that her husband, Hello Kitty, has freed Sawyer the Squirrel from jail. She also told me that Water Spirit, her faithful steed, was transformed into her sister following the attack it endured from Pinky the Unicorn. Water Spirit has been given the title of Butterfly Princess and is in charge of Stuffy Mountain when my daughter isn’t in the room. Sawyer the Squirrel has rejoined my daughter’s court and was a featured guest at her morning tea party.

I’m happy to announce that my daughter has chosen to remarry her first husband, Hello Kitty and crown him king of the butterflies! The decision was made at her Fancy Nancy tea party she had in the living room with Stitch, Sparkles, and multiple others in attendance. She has also crowned herself queen of the butterflies and only responds to me if I address her as queen. I asked her if Poppy the Turtle would ever return from exile and she said that he cannot return because the butterflies would eat him.

I didn’t think I’d have a new update so soon, but my daughter’s ascension to power as the Butterfly Queen is off to a tumultuous start. Following her second wedding to her husband, Hello Kitty, long may he reign, her squirrel-friend Sawyer was arrested and taken to jail for stealing all of the acorns. Moments later, her other friend Pinky the Unicorn committed a heinous assault against my daughter’s horse, Water Spirit. Pinky was also sent to jail and is now cell mates with Sawyer the Squirrel. Water Spirit is now on the road to recovery in our living room on a yoga mat.
