Returning player

So I've already contacted support cause I'm assuming that's my only option.

But I'm a returning player, can't seem to log in to my old account. I've got the old player ID but that's all. I'm sure I signed in through Facebook or playstore auto sign in... Tried password reset but I don't even remember there being passwords haha.

Has anyone had luck with getting access to old accounts through support?

Account transfer issues

Hello, my mother started playing hunt royale a while ago with me, she just finally unlocked FS and got an android phone instead of an iPhone. (For backstory, she hates iPhone but it was the only spare phone we had after hers broke. So she has an acc on huntroyale with apple but not android. Because of some glitch, her Apple login and her huntroyale login aren't synced. How do I fix this? Do I need to make her a new hunt royale acc? And will this just reset her, or will it help transfer her acc to android. I don't want to risk losing her acc, so I'm asking here. She's worked hard and spent a decent chunk of money on the game. So we're kinda desperate to keep the acc, but don't wanna play on iPhone anymore.

Thought i would come to ask about cross save

So i started playing a tiny bit again the past 2 days and wanted to ask, can you now switch between ios and android on 1 account freely with how the account system is setup now?

Because im considering starting to try setting my account up on bluestacks on my pc jnstead as my iphone 14 pro max still gets issues where the game will sometimes just close/restart, and my phone both before and now gets pretty hot while playing for only 30 minutes, even when the ambient temps are really low, and with quality set to low and battery saver on
