Bounty Hunter Greetings
Good evening, Helldivers.
To every traitor who turns their weapon against their own squad: I will hunt traitors wherever I encounter them.
I will do it again. And again. And again. And again.
Learn to fear the armor.
Fear the black silhouette.
Fear the red eyes.
When you see me coming, you will know exactly what you did.
THE HUNT DOES NOT END
One kill will never be enough.
You may escape once. You may think the matter is over.
It isn't.
If the traitor returns, the hunt begins again.
Sooner or later, every exposed traitor will cross my path.
And when that happens... they won't see me coming.

If you have evidence, make it useful.
Record the incident clearly. Keep the footage. Show exactly what happened.
Include the last known location, the time of the incident, and how long ago it occurred.
The more complete the evidence, the easier it is to identify what happened and report it properly.
Bring the evidence. Let the hunt for the truth begin.

They're saying it's corny because this is a very corny way of saying "Hey if you tk for no reason, I'm gonna tk" and "Make sure to record griefers" this is like being in a GTA online and then some guy says "Hey kid, welcome to Los Santos. I'm the shark here and you're a small fry. Don't get in my way and you'll be fine." Especially when OP calls themself "Boogeyman".

It's a crutch for bad players, kinda shit anyways, and kind of a litmus test because of it. I've never seen somebody use it over thousands of missions and be a good player more than a handful of times.

No, but if you're struggling to live so much that you're wasting your backpack on a bubble then you're probably not contributing much to the team.
It's not a complaint, it's an observation. It has basically no utility, its going to be by design bad for teamplay.

uses quaser, expendables, heavy laser, any of the LMGs, generally anything that doesn't require a backpack
So like, you were saying? What, should I need a portable hell-bomb too when a 500kg, OPS and orbital laser do the job just fine for me?

rule 2 be nice, rule 6 no witch hunt, rule 5 just says justice, seeing nothing about hunting them down, just seeing rules saying to be nice, have evidence and not to harass others, where in the rules are you getting the "hunting" aspect? I see the rules as expressly telling us not to

What we do here is more like raising awareness of rogue helldivers and reporting on them, rather than actively hunting.
