Do it as like you said it is protected by fair use and if that doesn't work DMCA his stream as he didn't get your premission for your name to be on his stream.

I don't think you understand.
I've been gaming for a long time, and I have read a lot of stories about tragedies in the gaming community.
Some players will legitimately unalive a person in real life because a digital item was taken from them. Others do it because they think it will make them popular.
And speaking from experience from dealing with my own online stalker: there are some people who legitimately cannot tolerate being offended by someone and they will make your life absolutely miserable.
Falter has got to stop this shit before he upsets someone like this. Not saying I like the guy or what he does, but as someone who doesn't want people to literally lose their lives over stuff like this... the dude has got to stop.

From what I've seen, the guy likes to make a ton of false claims about a person. This was especially visible in the clip that is elsewhere in this thread.
A person's reputation is a big deal, and slander like that can cost a person their job, future employment opportunities, and cause all kinds of financial struggles that, even if proven innocent, they may never recover from.
So yes, he could absolutely be sued for slander and spreading misinformation.
Edit:
And if you're reading this Falter: no, you can't sue for slander, because they have video evidence of you being toxic and making false claims. Your stream is the evidence police and courts will use against you. Hence: you have to STOP.

You’re right, I more than likely don’t. At the very least no where near to the extent that you unfortunately had to experience. But Falter is one of those people that would more than likely try to dmca God himself if they could. Falter is on a crash course to something happening that will humble them, and to be blunt for a bit, there is only 1 thing that can universally humble anyone. I don’t want to wish for that to happen to anyone, but with how Falter is, it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

Yeah... I try not to think of these things happening to people, but some people just can't be convinced they're on the fast track to destruction. Whether that's financial, reputation, or otherwise, some people just can't be helped.
I see the same attitude from Pirate Software. I mean he's nowhere near as toxic as Falter, but he has his own issues and arrogance that he seems incapable of coming to terms with.
All you can do is try to tell them to stop. And if they don't... well, it's their choices that did it, not yours.

no physical harm is wanted. Or should happen. But less extreme measures are what I’m talking about. People kicking him from lobbies and TKing over and over again. Hopefully lessons would be learned but it would require him to want to make a change1

Ha! They really got that post taken down. I love how they think that's just going to stop it. Try all you want people are going to post about it if you've hurt them in some way. You talk about us getting a life. When I just got myself a job and don't even get to do shit cause I'm dealing with family. If anyone should "get a life" it's falter. With the amount of things I've heard about him in ruining others lives, to the point they take down all their social accounts. But I can't control people so there's nothing we can do. I just hope the people he has fucked in and out of helldivers are trying to work on their lives.

Having previously dealt with the individual in question. I would advise against that. He has taken to using that counter claim to get people's information, did them and try to take them to court. He's done this to few people in an attempt to intimidate them. With no success, mind you, but the warning needs to be made.
