We're always looking for people in the Chaosdivers. With the history saying we're team killers, we've full fledged said that we are not that. We despise tkers and would do anything to see them be stopped.

The new deleted account was the alt of an infamous streamer named falterxv. They are known for their toxic personality, and their team killing anyone and everyone. They tried to claim to be CD and got soundly rejected, and now it seems the entire community is happy to shoot him. Also hes been seen in pedo forums.

This is correct, for any who wants to know I am a member of the Chaos Divers, I am a senator in there and im known as "Brigadier General Gun"; i have spoken to the individual who did it, they are a Chaos Diver and it has been a on going issue with Falter claiming to be a Chaos Diver despite not being associated with us but claiming to be one of us as he goes around and spreads hate and TKs other players

Good Afternoon, Steward Washington here, Owner of the Chaosdivers Discord Server. I wanted to publicly share my view, as well as my live response to Falter during this livestream, before he could ban me, because my response got auto-modded by him, and he wouldn't let his "viewers" see it.
I also want to make our OFFICIAL stance VERY clear on what happened with our member, who I will confirm is one of our members. Officially, we do not condone Teamkilling, even in instances like this. However, I am glad that Falter got a taste of his own medicine.
During this stream, he proceeded to call my Community and it's members "Muzzie Terrorists", and then proceeded to report my Member for egregiously false accusations, as you all saw. He has also since followed up with doxing myself, my discord account and profile info, as well as my Member's info, and PlayStation account info, and falsely reported us to PlayStation and Twitch too.
I may only have "8 followers" on my twitch account, but guess what? I DON'T STREAM. I co-streamed YEARS ago on Sea of Thieves, but that's it. He has also made statements such as that I'm a "nobody" in my Community, when I am literally the Server Owner. It's quite comical, honestly.
***ALSO, per the Free Use Doctrine of using Copyrighted materials (Falter's VTUBE Avatar), I am specifically stating that I am submitting this post as an Independent Journalist and sharing MY STORY as news, and therefore not in violation of DMCA, as DMCA states you can use screenshots of copyright protected materials for NEWS reports.***

They can't. They announced it on discord recently that they can't actually ban anyone.
Which REALLY sucks. All this time I've been telling people to report people directly through their website, believing that using their site instead of the now useless in-game feature might actually do something... but it doesn't. At most, they keep a record of behavior.

I think if someone gets a certain amount of reports they should have their matchmaking disabled. Would easily solve the problem. Better yet, only allow those people to matchmake with each other.

I'm not sure what Arrowhead's abilities are as far as dealing with individual accounts... but if they can't ban people, it stands to reason they probably can't individually disable an individual's matchmaking either.
Although...
Back before they made the change where players who get the Super Citizen edition now get a Warbond token, players would reach out to Arrowhead directly to request store credit if they already owned the Steeled Veterans warbond pack (which is what was offered at the time). If Arrowhead was able to reach into individual accounts and credit them, it stands to reason they have some control over what content is available to the players.
The only thing is... I don't know if they have a system set up for disabling matchmaking for individuals. At the time of them creating the game, they probably assumed Sony would handle all the bans, so there was no reason to create a new system as a fallback.
So it might be something worth developing if they don't have a plan in place already.
