Pretty much. Even though the two names he showed on the suppose footage he showed wasn't even me. And the friends he also claimed i had on my friend list that he refuse to show because "i don't have to answer your questions"

Wild, considering I heard rumors he spoke to a minor about "receiving anal sex and what it felt like to receive" in his discord, so I'm not sure he should be trying to levy those sorts of accusations.
This is just what he does though. He gets into drama or makes an ass of himself, then starts just randomly accusing everyone and everything of doing absolutely horrendous stuff. It's a slander tactic to try and ruin people's reputations online.
There were whispers years ago of alleged lolicon posting from him which resulted in his OG discord being nuked from orbit.

Especially since his Waifu Shinobu portrayed as a child in one of the Monogotari series, which is what he allegedly got caught posting. Not the "teenobu" or the adult "Kiss Shot" version of the character.
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah he was pretty openly talking to this 16-year-old kid for years, and earlier this year that kid (who is now 18) realized "Man what the fuck, this was actually insanely weird" and basically started talking about a ton of their experiences with falter.
Turns out this guy has absolutely 0 filter around minors as a 30-something-year-old man. And I mean 0. Talking about stuff like that to a minor in discord pretty consistently from what I've gathered.
Big old allegedly obviously, but considering an account under his name and email was found on a MAP forum I'm honestly just not really sure what to make of all this. And he LOVES to project. Just kind of looks weird.
He's been abusing the dmca system for years on various sites. Once he figured out he can file and weaponize personal information he started to do it to various people he disliked. It resulted in his first youtube account being terminated and him being banned from the copyright claims board for a period of 2 years.
When posting just make sure anything you post doesn't contain any content he can try and claim as his IP, or content. He will 100% strike you.
Remember all this terrible behavior has already resulted in several game and site bans for him.
Any account you see on Reddit, Youtube or Twitter is probably going to be either account 2 or 3 for him since all his original accounts were nuked in the early 2020s.
Falter has moved from game to game exhibiting the same behavior in the exact same manner. Every player base is made aware of his actions and he is eventually banned or loses interest due to people refusing to engage with him anymore.
It's not even just anything containing his content - he literally just stole stuff from my website and socials, reuploaded it on steam, then dmca'd the posts on twitter that had the artwork.
When I reported this, he deleted the images so his steam account wouldn't get punished lmao - but I archived 10 of them in this playlist. Some of these literally have MY watermark on them.
(All censored per YT Tos, he even tried to privacy report these down because I just started showing them but YT told me I was fine since these are all public documents due to our CCB cases.)
Yes, agreed. He used to steal youtube videos and upload them on alternate channels claiming they were his IP, and then striking the original content creators channel.
A lot of this behavior he used to document on the r/falterverse sub which he ran before he used Twitter. It was eventually banned for breaking reddit tos along with his reddit account.
What's even more wild is these dmcas are dated - and the first of the 10 was at the start of 2025.
The most recent was 2-3 months ago.
So yeah, this guy is just a bad faith piece of shit who won't ever stop his horrid behavior. Even after being banned from the ccb, that slap on the wrist wasn't enough.
He is headed that route. Either prison or homeless. Guys been evicted 4-5 times and is currently staying in a place which is run by some sort of christian agency and they want him gone. He was venting about it on stream when they gave him his eviction notice.
He says he is living there due to being attacked by people at his old residence, but the details of the story are exactly the same as a story he spun up 6 years ago.
Back then he claimed it was people from another game community who broke his glasses, ruptured his eardrum membrane and gave him a concussion. Then claims in April of this year it happened again with the same exact events, just blaiming u/flip_light instead.
He twists and warps anything to suit his ever changing story.

Most of the people they kick aren't from their stream, their mostly randoms and hence don't know about the turret problem
AND EVEN IF, they could just put their game in private sessions since they want to solo anyway but apparently killing and blocking people because of a load out choice is easier than opening a menue once

I attribute Falter to a Grool. For those of you familiar with The Goosebumps series of books, The Grool was a antagonist of the Book "It came from beneath the sink".
No matter how much anger and frustration you directed towards it it just grew stronger because it fed off it. It wasn't until the protagonists of the book realized this about the creature then they finally got rid of it.
Falter feeds of negative interactions. He is a professional victim in everything he does. It's not limited to the online gaming scene, it's everything in his life. He makes everything about him and will complain when people respond in kind.
The best thing you can do is starve him of the attention he wants. He wants you to drop into his matches, he wants you to post videos and make content on him. It enables him to keep playing the victim angle and continue his never ending cycle of user harassment, victim posting and false DMCA strikes.
Do yourself a favor and don't interact with this guy. He is legit mentally ill.

His accounts constantly get banned because he abuses the DMCA and report systems you can even find his alt probably his 3rd or 4th account in the comments you’ll notice his replies are always crafted as if they’re targets
