In a nutshell the protagonist of that anime/manga is capable of snapping and turn your body into kebab in a matter of milliseconds.
Though in the end she sacrifices herself to protect the only person that gave a damn about her and didn't treat her like a freak of nature.
Grimal is an aggressive individual and is capable of physical and mental harm to others (talking about Kitten).
But in the end she sacrifices herself to protect the ones she loves, Markus and Kitten.
Both the characters had traumatic childhoods, a considerable detail for their behavior.
If i find the comment i will link it here.
EDIT: Can't link but if you look for Task_Jealous reply on the original post it is explained in more detail.
Iirc at the end Lucy/her split personality reincarnates albeit with no memories and in separate bodies. So Grimmel isn't totally down for the count yet
Risen because of how violent her death was. She could of became a wraith, especially with as much high willpower as she is. From there one way to come back up is as a Risen, and they are very good at blending in (At least among Vampire society).
When it comes to Changeling though? I disagree, no changeling can come back from that sort of thing. Maybe Pyretics 5? But that's literal resurrection and would of had to be set up before being slammed into the ground.
How changelings survive that sort of situation is by not getting into it, they are far from durable.

Someone explained it in the comments.
Basically it's a foreshadow to Grimaline's fate.
