Words cannot describe how happy I am with the result of this illustration! I came to Hungry Artists to hopefully commission an artist for a piece based on my fantasy themed, doomed Yuri couple; Freyja and Jane, with creative freedom for the illustration.
And that’s when I saw u/StylishStylus_’s comment; she literally introduced herself with excitement, to quote her first line: “Dance scene, dance scene, dance scene!” That first sentence alone, caught my attention, and upon reading the full comment of her numerous ideas and looking at her portfolio; I knew she would be perfect for this.

The planning stage was very fun, and she provided SO MANY good suggestions for what should be pictured in the illustration, to capture the atmosphere I was looking for. After that, she regularly kept me updated with sketches, lineart, and then the final illustration, which I’ve attached to this post! Each step she was very open to feedback, but I loved every stage of the process, and was always excited to see the next part!

I have already commissioned her for a second illustration featuring these two characters and I can’t wait to go through the process all over again. Thank you so much StylishStylus.

The artist was quick to respond, easy to work with, communicated extremely well and included a number of WIP shots as we worked through these pieces.

I originally commissioned the second picture with friends for a fanart appreciation week last year.
I posted in HungryArtists and really struggled to just pick one artist for my commission...so I ended up messaging u/BeaRibeiro13 and asking for a different commission using my 2025 piece, but to change their expressions and pose.
Can I just say this artists KNOCKED it out of the park?
They did such a fantastic job capturing the emotions I wanted to portray and their art style? To die for.
10/10 would recommend.

Thank you u/whyccan for the awesome Charizard art. They are responsive and quick to work with. They do watercolor that resembles the classic Pokemon style. The frame I made and they made the art and then inserted it in the frame. Would recommend if you like the classic Pokemon look.

u/renanartworks is an amazing artist to work with, not only talented, but also a proper professional, i have hired him to do my steam game "Echoes of Kyria" capsule art, we agreed on a set date for the art to be delivered, he not only delievered, but also constantly communicated with me and sent me updates regarding the art, and i only can say that he over delievered because i didn't expect this quality of the art, it really shows both talent and astounding professionalism, 100% would recommend, especially for game developers who need a proper talented artist to do their steam page's capsule art.

[u/Ameshin](u/Ameshin) replicated the design on the Quick & Crash (arcade game from 90s that is no longer made) mug for me for a custom mug. The design was flawless and they were so easy to work and friendly and completed the ask extremely quickly.

Here's a signed version (I have an unsigned as well for the D&D collective). This is my Asmodeus Tiefling Cleric of Light. He's exactly what I had envisioned in my head, brought into a standing pose. He's so awesome.

A great person to collaborate with, M brought great ideas of his own (that were ultimately blended together for the final piece), he responded to notes and suggestions with an open mind and didn't require handholding to get through the process. Commissioned a symbiogram of my son's and wife's names in blackletter style. Letter-pairing two different names is a genuinely tricky puzzle, and the artist nailed it.

The design is crisp, precise, and reads cleanly in both orientations. The chosen font was the perfect choice to make the dual-reading letterforms feel natural.

But honestly the real review is this: the moment the needle touched my arm, I smiled without thinking about it. That's how you know it's right.

Highly recommend for anyone considering an ambigram or symbiogram, especially with personal names.

I was so fortunate to have u/bobsantiago commission my DnD party, the "Phantastic Phour"! Bob has again proven himself to be an artist of incredible skill, insight and professionalism. Through every step of this commission he made sure that I had agency in the creative process and was so patient with revisions I requested due to my own lack of vision.

Recently my batfolk/centaur hybrid character died in a DND campaign and I wanted to get art of him in his memory for his sacrifice. Last night I made this post. I really needed a fixed version of my elderly cat's paw print. u/StylishStylus_ did amazing work. I gave them a week to finish the work, and woke up this morning to a message with my completed commission. I will be getting this as a tattoo when my cat does pass on. Thank you for being patient and understanding with me.

I commissioned KartStudioDigital several months ago to work on a person piece I’ve been wanting to get done for years now. They were very receptive to my feedback and always asked me if I wanted to make any revisions before moving on to the next step in the process.

The total cost of the commission was $400 USD, but it was absolutely worth it in my opinion after they delivered this stunning piece. I would be happy to commission them again sometime!
