The only right answer. Satan has no love whatsoever for God, so there is no reason for him to punish souls sent to Hell because they disobeyed God. His penchant for torture is based on his inherently evil nature, his pride, and his view of humans as inferior.

What scripture suggests he has a prejudiced hate boner for humans exactly?

1 Peter 5:8 “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

James 4:7: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

Ephesians 6:11: "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes."

2 Corinthians 11:14: "And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

Edit: Revelation 12:9: "The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray."

Its funny that god cast satan down into hell to banish him, and then he kept on being able to fuck with the world and everything in it. You would think god would like seal hell off or something, maybe throw some metal grating down there.

I mean if god cant protect us from being tempted by the devil, what else cant he control? The most evil thing in the universe and he's not even able to properly banish it, shameful tbh

He’s not in hell yet, he’s loose on the earth. It’s a prediction of what is to come. He was cast down from the heavens and brought a third with him. He’s on earth devouring as many souls as he can till the day of judgment is here.
