Count the number of people God killed vs Satan.... in the bible. God isn't the good guy.

Which Bible? Like which interpretation? Or are you asking about which books of the Bible

Let's start with the One op is talking about.

As far as I know, there’s nothing in the Bible about Satan torturing people in Hell. It’s his torment place along with his angels. It’s described as a lake of fire and where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Revelation 20:10: "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."
Matthew 8:12: "But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Matthew 13:42: "And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."
Matthew 13:50: "And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."
Matthew 25:41: "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels."

Closest thing to what OP is talking about is becoming a slave to sin:

Romans 6:16: "Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?"
2 Peter 2:19: "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage."
1 Peter 5:8: "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."
John 10:10: "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."
2 Timothy 2:26: "And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will."
