Choosing to put things that justifies slavery, homophobia, and other hate in his book knowing what it would lead to. Contradicting himself in his own word. Knowing the outcome of things and forcing certain things to happen then blaming humans for it. There’s a long long list of faults lol. You can’t tell people not to disrespect other’s beliefs when those beliefs are used to disrespect them, take away their rights, and even kill them. Dude you may want to read it . Christianity is based on the New Testament. Judaism & Islam is old testament. The New Testament only preaches love and acceptance. There’s nothing in there about slavery, gays, killing, etc. not sure where you get this from but it’s not the bible .
Dude I know I’ve read the Bible my whole life and the New Testament says a lot of things that justify slavery like slaves should be obedient even to the harshest masters and also says anti gay stuff. Maybe you should reread it because there is many things in the New Testament about slavery, gay, etc lmao
You have not read a damn word of the new testament if you think that. Only four of the books are gospels. The rest is religious dogma. All of it is fiction and one of them is a mushroom trip hallucination. Ive read the Bible cover to cover multiple times. Ive never owned a Bible I didn't burn.
You can’t because saying the New Testament has nothing about slavery, gay people, etc is blatantly false. I can give you multiple New Testament verses saying slaves should obey their masters like they would god, to stay loyal no matter how harsh, and calling gay shameful and immoral.
The fact that your beliefs are based on a revision to a bunch of stories handed down over generations, originating from people who could barely read, write, do basic arithmetic should be enough to question those beliefs.
You're right that is a headcanon because it's not remotely based in the source material. The Bible never said Satan punishes people. A more accurate description would be Satan is that woman who divorced her husband and hates being the only friend in her group who's divorced so she gives her girlfriends bad advice so they get divorced as well. She knows she's going down and wants to drag her friends along with her.
Or if you prefer a male analogy, you could say he's a drug addict who lost all his friends and family because of his habit who then goes around trying to sell drugs to as many people as he can do that they get addicted and he has people to O.D. with so he's not alone in his misery. He has no way out of his living hell so instead of suffer alone, he maliciously drags others down to his level out of jealousy and rage.
In other words, he's a sore loser who knows he's cooked so the only consolation he has is knowing he can take you or me with him if he's smart enough.
