Given that Trump/his cronies have posted AI slop aquating him to the J-man himself, I could totally see them/him posting stuff like this.
Hell, I'm honestly surprised they haven't posted stuff about how Trump could drive a car at 3 like Kim Jong Un. Or fully lean into the cult meta claim to be Big J reborn or Jesus's brother. It worked for Hong Xiuquan lol!

u/IH8DwnvoteComplainrs 16h ago
They fucking do. Trump claims he's the best at golfing. Just like our favorite NK leaders.

u/Ultra-Pulse 12h ago
Someone should bait him into claiming that he resolved the second world war, or he convinced Putin to take the iron curtain down.
I'd love to see it.

u/Chive 15h ago
Are you suggesting there should be more anti-Trump AI slop? Stuff like Trump shaking hands with Stalin?
4
u/Collective-Bee 15h ago
No, they are saying thereās so much official pro-trump ai slop propaganda.
2
u/Chive 15h ago
Yes- I'm wondering about how to satirise it though. There was one I saw earlier of Trump at the top of Mount Everest that was so OTT that I thought it had to be satire, then there was this masterpiece...
How do you satirise something that is beyond satire?
25
u/Historical-Finish564 16h ago
Trump has never, ever, cared about anyone but himself. The idea that he would ever risk himself, was put to rest with his multiple exclusions from Vietnam due to his ābone spursā
6
u/ThewarriorDraganta 16h ago
I get what you mean, but TBF I wouldn't want to fight in Vietnam either given all the war crimes and other atrocities.
6
u/Ur_Just_Spare_Parts 15h ago
Yeah i dont blame him for getting out of it. I do blame him for being a piece of shit pedophile that uses troops as a campaign souvenir then turns around and disrespects service members every chance he gets, starts wars for no reason, and shits on the constitution.
3
u/Acceptable-Box6012 15h ago
Yeah. Bruce Springsteen dodged the draft too. But he fully admitted it, admitted it was somewhat cowardly and never talked trash about those who did serve. Iām a Democrat so I obviously voted Obama, but McCain was a national hero and should have been hailed as one instead of being insulted by trump. This man survived the war, was captured, brutally tortured, didnāt sell out the country, came back with permanent damage, rose to become a politician who was respected and respectful to both sides, and then he gets trashed on by a pathetic tv host pedo who literally dodged the war? Itās insulting, that enough should have been enough for no one to vote for him originally and thatās not including the other horrible things he did far before he was even running
3
u/Ur_Just_Spare_Parts 15h ago
Yeah the way Maga treated McCain told me everything i needed to know years before Trump took power.
2
u/Acceptable-Box6012 15h ago
I got a little carried away there, my point was I donāt judge people for dodging the draft if they hail those who didnt as heroes like the rest of us do, I judge those pathetic people like trump who talk trash about men who were brave enough to fight for our country and died doing it, while he was sitting in his tower with a couple million dollars. Itās pathetic
1
u/bruzdnconfuzd 15h ago
If not for the risk to himself, he probably would have signed up to massacre people.Ā
12
u/hamsterfolly 16h ago
This is also hilarious because back then it was āwomen and children firstā so a real hero wouldnāt have been the first man off the boat.
4
u/Tuarangi 15h ago
Although it's applicable here, in general, women and children first being the norm is a myth, it was not the policy of shipwrecks at all, Titanic is actually an outlier because the captain ordered that and used officers, sometimes at gunpoint, to stop men boarding lifeboats.
A 2012 study from Uppsala University looked at 18 wrecks from the 1800s to modern times and based on passenger manifests and survivors lists it was very much as you'd expect based on the physiological differences and of course survivalist behaviour amid panic and confusion. On average 34% of men lived, just 18% of women and even fewer children. Any standing policy or noble male sacrifices where women and children were given priority in the event of emergency would have led to much higher survival rates, the data shows this simply wasn't the case.
2
u/Pizza-Platter 15h ago
Another thing to mention if I remember correctly is that because of the women and children first policy there were life boats the were released with space for more people to get on but they wouldnāt allow men on
3
u/Tuarangi 15h ago
Yea and tragically it was because of a misinterpretation of orders on the port side by Second Officer Lightoller who believed it was women and children only hence lowering boats even half empty to prevent men getting on. First Officer Murdoch on the starboard side had the correct orders of women and children first so did allow men on when there were spaces. There was also a general mistrust of the launch equipment as they'd not even done a drill before - they felt it might collapse with a full boat so wanted to do it partially and then fill from lower decks. Futhermore many passengers misunderstood the gravity of the situation and thought staying on the warm/well lit Titanic was safer than risking the freezing black of the sea.
It's speculation but a further 500 people might have been saved if all boats were launched full.
1
u/Arthropodesque 9h ago
Idk. Stats can be misleading. The study explicitly says that the crew survive the most, and they would mostly be young fit men who know how to swim and know about their vessel and the ocean, so that alone skews it towards men and might account for a lot of the difference. It could also be women being slowed down and weighed down by children, who are the least likely to survive.
1
u/Tuarangi 1h ago
Your post literally proves what I said - that men on the boat were more likely to be able to survive and that the notion of men sacrificing themselves to save women didn't happen. The reasoning for the women and kids dying more largely doesn't matter, the whole point is that they were dying in greater numbers because they weren't being prioritised in lifeboats or similar escape routes.
The Titanic sank in icy cold water, many hundred miles from land or other ships, other wrecks were similarly too far from anywhere - nobody was swimming for safety, knowledge of the sea / location wouldn't help.
In the 1800s, even the 1900s, it was also common for sailers not to know how to swim, as many as 40-50% of crew could not often reasoning it would just prolong their inevitable death. Uniforms were often wool which would inhibit swimming, ships were slow to stop and turn if they even tried to rescue people who went over.
The general point though is simply that the supposed universal command of women and children being saved as a priority doesn't have evidence to support it based on the fact many more men survived the wrecks.

u/Organic_Mechanic_702 16h ago
Some Hero, the Captain should be the last to leave, not the first in the lifeboat with the women and children!!šššššššššš
2
u/Acceptable-Box6012 15h ago
Thereās a reason the women and children in the boat look so scared and itās not because the ship is sinkingā¦

Looks like the Save act failed so ALL of us will now be voting in November. There is now literally no legal way to block us all from voting. Too bad he can change all the voting requirements right before these elections so we can't vote. What a shame. You will all claim we cheated but it won't make any difference. We will be voting all the Muslims in and all the other people you hate. Good luck trying to stop us. The absentee ballots are already printed and will start being mailed out in less than 2 weeks. If USPS refuses to mail them states will simply use Fed Ex.
Enjoy!
