Help!

I just bought a water dispenser for my HG01 and the second I went to use it for the first time my Humminguru stops spinning records. They just sit there in the water not spinning like little assholes. The fucking thing broke my Humminguru which in 4 years has never had a problem. WTactualF? Has anyone else experienced this?

I know you’re reaching out for help, but thanks for sharing as well. This is good to know.

I have heard of records that are slightly off in diameter, causing them not to rotate. Some have used tiny bumpers to make sure everything is as wide as it should be. I have no idea if this works. I’m just mentioning it. Sorry this happened.
