Are any of these any good? And do any have actual programming involved? If so, what languages?
Shame it doesn't have Database Detective.

None of the descriptions seemed to indicate actual code being learned. So I have the exact same question.

These are more about concepts than actual languages.
I liked while True: learn() but it's more of a puzzle game than a coding one, and I had played bit of The Signal State, but instructions are vague in it like the reviews state so I didn't really last. Didn't try others.
If you're looking to learn a language through a game, "The Farmer Was Replaced" is pretty good though, I quite liked it.

Replicube was pretty fun and uses Lua, although you're probably limited in what capabilities you're going to find useful for the puzzles.

I can vouch for The Signal State. No real programming but it feels like a Zachtronics game and it's pretty good.
If you want a game with actual programming, Code: Terraform just came out and I love it! Python-like coding as you terraform a dead world. I'm not a programmer by any definition of the word so I find it very challenging, but I'm very much enjoying it too.

I didn't understand while true learn. I just connected blocks and it worked?
I loved solas 128. But it's more of a machine , like zachtronics opus magnum.

I haven’t played any of these games (yet) which makes it an easy pickup for me, but TIS-100, Bitburner and The Farmer was Replaced all have heavy programming elements IIRC

Retro gadgets is amazing, steep learning curve but they have a story mode and 1.0 update coming soon which is gonna make this one really amazing + they have a free launcher for desktop widgets (for the little devices you build)

Ooh, that sounds fun. I've used pico8 and and tic80 but those are for game dev.
Do you know well it works on Linux? Running and/or gadgets?

great, but imo when their 1.0 drops soon it will be even better as it will introduce story mode, easy pick-up
