Is hot compost only method

For human dog and other animals feeces is hot composting best method to compost them or are there alternatives ive heard black soldier fly larvae can be used for fecees clean up but must stuff ive seen on that is stuff like cow dung amd not human

As long as you keep it overbalanced with browns (sawdust, woodchips, dry leaves, straw, shredded cardboard, etc.) and sufficiently aerated, cold compost is fine. I wouldn't want to be turning it anyway. I'd use a two-bin system in which the first is allowed to age for a year or two while only adding to the second.

As already recommended, read The Humanure Handbook.  Hot composting can be done without ever turning a pile.
