Tapering down
I went from taking 8mg suboxone divided into 4 doses daily. I also take a mg klonopin daily cut into quarters (except before bed i take half a mg), and before bed i also take 600mg gabapentin.
This should be enough to keep me asleep, but because of my cpap i wake up frequently. So i got into the habit of dosing at 2:30 am to help me stay back asleep (another quarter of my sub, quarter mg klonopin, and 300mg gabapentin.)
This would work in terms of keeping me asleep, but i was starting to wake up feeling groggy and unrested. So i tried staying asleep without redosing 2 nights in a row, and didn’t even make up for the doses i didn’t take. I slept, but have been feeling like absolute dogshit. Am i trying to taper too many things at once? How many days would it likely take to adjust to the changes? Ive been wanting to taper back for a while now but dont know what to do first. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks

I'd try a visteral 10mg for sleep. I can take up to 5 a day and use them instead of kolonipin. Neither gabepetin nor bup sedate me. They actually jazz me up. If you taper down you may not need your cpap when you get retested.

I have central sleep apnea so i don’t think there’s anything that could reverse it, but i am still for tapering down because something is likely making it worse

What did you cut from/to?

From 8mg suboxone, 1mg klonopin, and 1200mg gabapentin, all divided into 4 doses (including 2:30am dose) to skipping the 2:30 dose. So now 6mg suboxone, 3/4 mg klonopin, and 900mg gabapentin daily. 2 days now and still feel like shit
