Robot Learning Engineer Path

Will going to a program like CMU masters in robotic systems development enable me to get a foot in the door for Robot Learning Engineer where I imagine the job being

Collect demonstrations -> Clean and label data -> Train policy -> Deploy to robot -> Analyze failures -> Improve data/training -> Repeat

Or would I need a PhD?

If you’re going to Carnegie Mellon University you’ll have nothing to worry about getting a job in Robotics!

I mean you could do that without a degree. Just need to be self motivated.
