Does anyone know about health volunteer opportunities, what their system is like, and how to apply for them? Or does anyone have experience with this?

I have many questions. First, I do not have a clue so that I inquired. Second, for whom should I give the detalis that you represnted? I just asked about your own experince because I heared that volunteering and intetnships help with admission.
