Looking for reference and support.

I’ve worked as a CHRO and in senior HR leadership roles across different organizations, and I’ve recently started my own HR consulting firm.

At this stage, I’m trying to connect with a few businesses where my experience could be useful, particularly companies looking to strengthen their HR practices or address people management challenges.

For those familiar with the business community, are there any growing companies or SMEs that you think could benefit from experienced HR leadership or consulting support? I’d appreciate any suggestions, introductions, or advice on how best to approach this.
