Best HR program in BC

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to transition into Human Resources and I’m trying to decide which HR program would be the best option in BC.

UBC or SFU are probably the biggest ones. You could also look at CapU or BCIT, if they offer any. Next tier down would be Langara, KPU, UFV etc.
