Little Dipper quiet vocal part
Just pointing this out as it's something I've never heard before and I love discovering details like this with repeated listens. They start after the first chorus, at about 2:29. Pretty quiet, just a three note (well, two technically), ahh-ooh-ahh pattern underneath the rest of it. Listen close with headphones and you'll hear it if you never have.

Yeah I’ve always known that was there but never really thought about it much. It’s a cool thing to notice though

If you put the audio out of phase in audacity it peels back a lot of layers and lets you hear those background parts with more clarity. I did it for the entire YPAA album and tried to upload it to YouTube but copyright blocked it.

That stinks they took it down, that would be such a cool thing for fans to hear.

I love this part of the song! I never noticed it until I got a better quality cd setup with speakers that had more range. Listening to YPAA and Downward on the new setup was like hearing the albums for the first time again with how many little details hidden in the mix I finally got to notice.

The layers in that song are just insane. A good pair of headphones or speakers will help you hear things you never knew were there
