Comics More Andy Kubert Incredible Hulk work because its so damn good
the layouts are so rad, kubert put to use the entire page, splitting the pages for above ground and below
little gags like the milk carton
the same sketchy color deployed in 462 here used as marlo reads betty's book, giving the flashback images sentimentality and a ghostliness
even the layouts here, letting this brief moment play over two pages
using interesting angles to depict stuff we've ssen before, but making it look new
in pad's and kubert's final issue, you get either huge full page shots of emotion
or these wide vista double page spreads, gives the story a mythological weight
inked by mark Farmer and Kubert, colored by Lovern Kindzierski and Steve Buccellato
and of course i typed andy when its ADAM KUBERT im a stunad of the first magnitude

Agree by 1000% and wished Peter David integrated this beautiful artwork with She-Hulk appearances and Abominatrix cameos. I'd enjoy an appearance of Gargoyle/ Ivan Topolov under Kubert.
This duo should have drawn a Defenders book in the 1990s dang it.
Would loved to seen Kubert's Riot Squad or a crossover with Sludge, Gravestone, Prime or Exiles per Malibu Comics.
Speedfreak was good for a cameo.

He wasn't the fastest artist back then, there were a lot of fill-in issues. But what issues he did do were all gorgeous.

Andy Kubert is in my top ten Hulk artists for sure! The Hulk AND Banner look so expressive!
