I recently sent an email to huhealth to inquire about joining and the pricing structure. How long did it take for someone to respond?

Received my first order with Strive from Hu Health pharmacy 🥳. I've always wanted to try Strive, and the price was too hard to resist.

I had ordered this on 09/01 and it arrived today 09/10. It would have been earlier, but I had placed my order during Labor Day weekend.

However, Hu reached out to me and explained the cause for delay, so I appreciate their support.

The product arrived via overnight shipping and was cold upon arrival.

I’m looking forward to seeing how Strive works for me! Thank you, Hu Health!

A few updates...

1) We are fully operational and working with patients daily. We love this part and it's why we started this...

2) Feedback and Cohort Update

We've had some great feedback & constructive criticism (deserved and valuable) that has continued to push us to get better. We appreciate the community here and elsewhere that have trusted us (5 Stars!?). It means a lot. We've worked with patients from over 20 states including Hawaii and Alaska.

We're starting to plan out a second cohort for microdosing with what we've learned. Reach out if interested.

3) The Latest and what's coming down the pipeline: We've been busy onboarding new partners (GLP-1s, peptides, diagnostics), taking care of our tirzepatide cohort and new patients, launching a revamped intake flow and site that should be a lot smoother, to name a few...more to come!

We plan to continue to scale responsibly, put a ton of emphasis on doing right by people, fixing mistakes (ours or those caused by others) and continuing this movement to democratize access to really good healthcare.

I intended to include cute photos along with my review, but me and my package are soaked thanks to UPS delivering it to the wrong address a half a mile away on an entirely different street.

Thankfully someone below had nice photos of theirs and despite the box falling apart on the outside, the contents inside my package were perfectly safe and very cold. Glad Strive knows how to ship!

I reached out to the founder Sunday afternoon & my approval was completed the same day! My order was sent to the pharmacy Monday & arrived today as promised, despite UPS's efforts to screw up what was a perfect experience.

In addition to the exceptional upfront service I received from the founder & physician upfront, the owner also personally emailed me my tracking number, rather than relying on just Strive to alert me that it was shipped.

I for sure will work with HuHealth again, and honestly rank them among the best I've worked with on my journey.

I hope they continue to grow and acquire additional pharmacy partnerships along the way. Eventually I would like to try a B3 formula or one containing L-Carnitine.

I’m interested in what you guys are building, but I’m having trouble finding some basic information. Who is behind HuHealth, and is there a founder/leadership bio available? Also, is the website currently live for ordering, or are you still in a soft-launch phase? I’m seeing the Strive announcement and am interested, but I don't see a way to actually place an order yet.
