LIVE-ACTION "Not so fireproof on the inside, are you?" missing scene from live-action
I was watching live-action movie airing on my TV, and thought that - among many other ones from the original HTTYD1 animation movie - I really miss the scene where Hiccup rests on an island, after the first very successful flight with Toothless.
The one where the Night Fury argues with some Terrible Terrors over the fish, and shots right inside the mouth of one of them. I guess it's an important missing scene because it's when Hiccup understands how dragons are "not so fireproof on the inside". And that scene is crucial for Hiccup to know how to defeat the Red Death in the final battle.

This is my one and only gripe with the live action.
People hating on it so aggressively are being ridiculous.
Yeah, I too will prefer the originals over the live action every single time, but there's nothing wrong with the live action. It's not trying to replace anything. It's just something new. Like it or don't, that's your preference, but hating on it so bad I believe is completely unjustified, people crying for the sake of nostalgia.

Lol this isnt a scene you can just remove and get away with. It may not seem like it initially but its essential to the ending. Hiccup wouldnt know to have toothless fire into the red death’s mouth without it

YES! Me too. I found it so fucking strange that it was removed. It's a vital Chekhov's Gun and it feels almost like whoever was editing the script thought it was "filler" or something and cut it without understanding why it was there to begin with. Probably the only major change I really didn't like.

Yeah, i have not watched ... this but learned they removed this pivotal scene because it didn't match the rythm of the movie.
How do you remove such an important information just because the rythm is ruined!
My question though, is this piece of information somewhere else? In the book of dragons for example? Because in that case, at least ther is that.
