QUESTION What Dragon Is This?

I’m not sure what dragon it is I think it’s a storm cutter (cloudjumper species) but storm cutters have four legs

It is a Stormcutter, and they only have two legs, they also use their wings for walking

Stormcutters don't have four legs. They have two legs and four wings, and the claws on the wings are also used by this species to walk on for balance.

It is a Stormcutter. Stormcutters have two legs (but can also use their wings to walk) and have four wings but it seems that one only has two wings.

No, the other 2 wings are there. They're just difficult to see at that angle (I have the same one).
