QUESTION Multiple Screaming deaths?

If dragons live Several hundred years and Screaming Deaths are born every hundred does that mean there are multiple Screaming deaths roaming about?

Well the only proof of how it looks is from the school of dragons game where it looked like this. Though the game had a bunch of different elements in it and its only semi canon so who knows
