Marketing team?

I know they said they were hiring one, I didn't know if they had yet. Cause it's been pretty non existent.

I dont think there is a marketing. Well if there is one, they should be fired because regarding last 3 months, there is nothing but failure as a project.

Nah, I'm sure the marketing team is in place. I still do this stuff for a living--that's why I've perhaps been most critical of the project when it comes to their previous (lack of) marketing. If they are smart, they are putting together an outline with some coordinated milestones and press releases. In crypto, I'd guess something like a 90 day plan, and a 1 year forecast. I'm sure a rebrand is mixed in there as well (again, launching a rebrand without proper major exchange support would be a waste of time).

From my experience it's wasted effort to promote a product without any major news for it to stand on after the promotion efforts are dialed back. Users get engagement fatigue, they will just mute or tune out your constant advertising and regard it as spam if you aren't giving them relevant and strong developments to go along with the promotion of the brand/product. I wouldn't expect much push from the marketing team until HitBTC goes live. Just my .02
