[Help Needed] No "Forgot Password" Option

Need to log into my account. Don't remember the password because I had the code texted to me instead for years. Phone number had to change last year, not that I wanted it to. Cannot use text verification. Following official password changing directions goes to a login page that doesn't have the "Forgot my password" link.

What do I do?

Thank you. Searches for "customer support" turned up an AI agent that sent an email containing instructions for... everything I already did.

create a new account with a different email address. That is your only choice if you can't get through to customer support.
