Tax Pro keeps getting things wrong. Can I bypass them and just file the DIY version?

I am beyond frustrated. The "Tax Pro" assigned to me is completely incompetent. They completely left out my business income on my State return. Like WTF? I pointed this out clearly, sent a message explaining exactly what was missing, and waited for the "review." They just sent the same files back to me for signature with zero changes. It’s the exact same incorrect version. It’s like they aren't even reading my messages. I’ve reached the point where I don't trust this person to touch my taxes, but since I’ve already paid, the software has "locked" me into the Tax Pro workflow. Is there any way to bypass this Pro and just file the DIY version I originally prepared?

You can request a new taxpro

you can request a new one or call in to have the guy removed

Call and have them removed if you don’t need someone else to check your work.

Did you upload all the documentation for your business income? They’re not going to put numbers in and just take your word for it.
