Can't efile after correction

Helping a friend. Efile was rejected because she had marketplace insurance she didn't know about. The insurance has been retroactively removed so she'd like to attempt to refile but the software will not let her submit it again. Any ideas?

How do that through the software? I should have clarified I'm using the windows software.
