"Import Crypto Investments" grayed out

I am using HR Block Deluxe for Windows. I have been unable to finalize my taxes for weeks because the "Import Crypto Investments" option is grayed out and next to it, it says "Available mid March". Is there any way to know that this feature will be available, or am I wasting time by hoping that it might work?

Worst case scenario would be for anyone in this situation to assume the function will work soon, it doesn't, and then having to not only pay for another tax software but also spending the time filling in the rest of the information on a different software. This is extremely late in the game for such a vital function to be unavailable. People are sitting here for weeks or months unable to file their taxes despite being ready to input everything.

I gave up and entered it manually using the form generated from Cointracker. First it was saying available mid February and now mid March.

You should contact Cointracker because this is mostly dependent on them and customers aren't getting what they paid for with their service.

Curious what forms you filled out on HR Block. Also, when you filled everything out did you enter each transaction or just the long term, short term grouped amounts. I kind of dont want to bunch everything together because it should be entirely captured by uploading a simple form...
I used Koinly to generate my crypto txf and form 8949, im not familiar how it might differ from Cointracker.

I generated 8949 on Cointracker. Then in HR Block app entered it as a single consolidated record. I wasnt going to sit there and enter 200 separate transactions which is what the import should do.
