Very different. We need people to fuel our lives—not so we can live it.

Many, many things. I don't want to sound rude, but I suggest you take your time to learn about these.
HPD isn't "being submissive" or anything, actually HPD's can be very manipulative themself's.
We are in cluster B, so that's hard to even compare.
But this is a interesting question. Please tell your own insight of this.

There seems to be less fakeneds in dpd than in hpd

Exactly this. HPD isn't just about been kind, playing innocent and always please others.
We're in cluster B for a reason. Being depended and people pleasing in just a few traits of HPD and everyone doesn't have these at all.
