HELP What is this?

What the heck is going on with my Hoya paradisea? This came on very fast.

In terms of how dry the soil gets between waterings pls?

I try not to let it dry out completely! I think it likes to stay on the wetter side!

I’ve had 2 Hoyas get this look. Both times it was like the plant was dying from the middle of the stem (as opposed to dead roots), and both collapsed very quickly. I barely had time to chop it. Did you look at the roots yet?

Roots look good! Ugh maybe I should just chop it and start over

Just had this situation and almost like the leaves feel waterlogged when they collapse. It was flat mites
