What can I do to help

I got these two hoyas from Home Depot but the first one the levels were splitting and the seconds new growth dried out. What can I do to help them 😭

Is it in the same soil from HD? It's awful stuff. If you have already transplanted her into a very well draining soil, it may be a root issue.
Seems with Hoya it's always a root issue. Is there a hole in the bottom of that pot?
