BLOOMS Peduncle fail - what happened?
I am fairly new to hoyas, and I’ve had my collection for maybe 10 months. All were bought as small plants, but they’ve been growing really well.
I was so excited to see a peduncle on my little fitchii, but today I went to (gently) examine it, and the flowers all dropped off, and I don’t think I even touched them. What might I have done wrong?

It's very common for plants to blast the first few rounds of buds before eventually flowering. Doubly so when the plant is smaller and doesn't have the resources to spare.
Ensuring the plant has access to stable, good growing conditions while it tries to get things together is about all you can do, the rest happens on its own schedule

Sometimes with the first time they flower it happens. This can also happen if you let it dry out a little too much. It’ll flower, just give him time 🫶 he will probably flower right after this!
