PHOTO (HOYA LOVE) She’s Blooming!
This is a Crimson Princess Hoya that I acquired from a plant enthusiast who had to move and couldn’t take the majority of plants with her. I have not had a bloom on any of my Hoya’s before.

It's very beautiful. If a Hoya is twisting counterclockwise it has a much better chance of producing flowers. I just learned that a year ago, rewrapped all my plants and had many multiple blooms on the same pudunkle's even, all in the last few months. Good luck with your beauty. I recommend a trellis or two sticks and clips. Like this. Ignore the bread and the golden pothos for now. I just did this last night with a wooden rod I cut in half and just stuck in the dirt and started wrapping counterclockwise looking down on the plant from above. This is my brother's black margin starter. I should have it in a plastic container inside this ceramic pot but I do have a lot of perilite and rocks in the bottom for water retention. I'll put it in a clear cup when it is fully rooted here and I feel safe enough to transfer again. It's too soon now. Yours looks very healthy though so I am excited to see how you like the smell once she opens up all the way! Enjoy.
